Privacy Policy
Last updated September 9, 2026
This policy covers offer1.thgchorus.com — the page where you can ask the AI voice agent to call you — and what happens to your information afterwards. It is written to be read. If anything here is unclear, ask and we will answer plainly.
1. Who we are
Peak Financial Performance LLC, doing business as Tempo Hospitality Group (“Tempo”, “we”, “us”), operates this page and decides what happens to the information you give us here. Our registered address is 1489 Rose Place, Roseville, MN 55113.
2. What we collect
This is the complete list. We do not collect anything that is not named here.
- What you type into the form
- Your first name and your mobile number. That is the whole form. We do not ask for an email address, we do not create an account for you, and nothing on this page takes payment.
- Your consent record
- When you tick the consent box we store the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page you were on, and the IP address and browser the agreement came from. We keep it so both of us have a record of what was agreed, and because the rules governing automated calls expect us to be able to produce it.
- How you arrived
- Campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), advertising click identifiers from Meta and Google (fbclid, gclid), Meta browser cookies (_fbp and _fbc), the page that referred you, and the page you landed on. This tells us which advert produced which inquiry.
- Ordinary request information
- Like any website, the servers that deliver this page and receive your form see your IP address and browser user-agent as part of handling the request.
3. Why we collect it
To place the call you asked for. To keep a record that you agreed to be called. To work out which advert brought you here so we stop paying for the ones that do not work. To follow up about Chorus, which you can stop at any time. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build a profile of you for anyone else.
4. Automated calls, texts and recording
This is the part with real consequences, so it is not buried.
- You will be called by an AI, not a person. When you tick the box and submit the form, an automated system calls the number you gave us, usually within a minute. The voice is synthetic. You are told that here, before you ask for the call, rather than during it.
- You are agreeing to automated calls and texts. That includes marketing contact, using an artificial or prerecorded voice and an automatic dialing system. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Consent is not a condition of buying anything. You can become a Chorus customer without agreeing to automated contact — email us and we will arrange it another way.
- Calls may be recorded, and you agree before we dial. The consent on the form says so in terms, and we capture it before any call is placed. That advance written agreement is the basis on which demo calls are recorded; the agent does not repeat it once you pick up. If you would rather not be recorded, do not submit the form, or tell the agent and we will stop.
- We do not create a voiceprint. We do not analyze your voice to identify you biometrically, and we do not use your recorded voice to build a synthetic one.
- Stopping it is easy. Reply STOP to any text, or tell the agent on the call, or email us. We act on it straight away and keep a note so it does not restart.
5. Who we share it with
Only the services that make the call happen and the platform we advertise on, and only for the reasons given. Each of these processes your information on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Chorus
- Our own platform. Your name, email, phone number and consent record are stored here, and Chorus is also what carries the call and runs the agent on it — the dialling, the speech, and the transcript. The data belongs to us, not to a vendor.
- Vercel
- Hosts this page and runs the function that receives your form. Processes your IP address as part of serving the request.
- We use Google Tag Manager to run our measurement tags, which may include Google Analytics. When you submit the form we report the conversion, with your email address and phone number turned into a one-way scrambled fingerprint first — never the values themselves.
- Meta
- When you submit the form we send Meta an event so it can tell which advert produced the result. See section 6.
Chorus runs on third-party infrastructure under contract, including providers for telephony and speech. They process your information only to deliver the service and may not use it for their own purposes. Ask us and we will tell you who they are.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or to a buyer if the business is sold. If that last one happens, this policy travels with your information.
6. Advertising, and what counts as “sharing”
This page exists to run adverts on Meta. Meta’s pixel sets cookies in your browser and we send Meta an event when an inquiry is submitted, so it can tell which advert produced the result. Several US state privacy laws treat that as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising — and some of them as a sale — even though no money changes hands.
We would rather say that plainly than hide behind the technicalities. To stop it: use your browser or device advertising controls, or turn on Global Privacy Control, which we honor as an opt-out request. You can also email us and we will exclude you.
7. Cookies
This page sets no cookies of its own. Google Tag Manager loads our measurement tags and those tags set their own cookies — Google Analytics, if enabled, identifies your browser so repeat visits are not counted twice. Meta’s pixel sets _fbp and, if you arrived from a Meta advert, _fbc, which identify your browser so a conversion can be attributed. Blocking third-party cookies stops them, and nothing on this page breaks if you do.
8. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on your state you may also have the right to a portable copy, to object to particular uses, to opt out of targeted advertising, and not to be treated worse for exercising any of it. We do not treat people differently for asking.
Email us and say what you want. We may need to confirm you are who you say you are before we act, particularly for deletion.
9. How long we keep it
Inquiries and consent records: while you are a prospect or customer, and afterwards for as long as we may need to show that you agreed to be contacted. The rules on automated calling expect that record to be produceable for several years, so we keep it rather than delete it early. Call recordings and transcripts: only as long as they are useful for quality and training, then deleted. Ask us to delete sooner and we will, unless a specific record must be kept.
10. Security, children, and other sites
We use reasonable measures to protect your information and the connection to this page is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise. This page is meant for people running a restaurant and is not directed at children; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Links out to other sites are governed by their policies, not this one.
11. Changes, and contacting us
If we change this policy we update the date at the top; material changes get a clearer notice than that. For anything at all — questions, requests, or to stop contact — email maria@tempohg.com or call (952) 522-9590.
